12Global uses "PPPoE" (Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet) to connect you to the internet. PPPoE requires a username and a password. Your username and password are the same ones you used to log in to this Client Area.
Below are your access details:

3. I have one desktop or laptop running Windows 7
4. I have one desktop or laptop running Mac OS

Some routers have an option to "Dial on demand", or to keep the connection "Always on". We recommend the "Always on" option. This way the router will not close the connection when the internet is not in use.

1. Open the Settings app in Windows 10 or click on its shortcut in the Start Menu
2. Inside Settings, head to the Network & Internet section
3. Then, select Dial-up from the list of options on the left
4. On the right side of the window, click on the "Set up a new connection" link from the Dial-up section
5. Choose the "Connect to the Internet" option
6. Choose the "Broadband (PPPoE)" option
7. Enter your User name and Password. Under connection name, enter 12Global
8. Click the Connect button.

To connect or disconnect at a later time, choose the 12Global connection you created from the network section in the system tray area, and click the Connect or Disconnect button.

1. Click on Start button and then, Control Panel
2. Go to Network and Sharing Center
3. Select on Set up a new connection or network
4. A wizard will appear on the screen. Choose Connect to the Internet
5. Select Broadband (PPPoE)
6. Enter your User name and Password. Under connection name, enter 12Global
7. Click the Connect button.

1. Open the Network properties windows by selecting the Apple menu and opening System Preferences followed by Network
2. Now make sure Ethernet is highlighted on the left hand menu and from the Configure IPv4 drop down menu select Create PPPoE Service
3. In the pop up window enter 12Global as the Service Name and click Done.
4. Leave the PPPoE Service Name field blank. Enter your Username and Password and then click Connect
5. Another pop up window will now appear advising that you will first need to apply your settings. Click Apply and you Mac will then attempt to connect to the internet
